- Items are shipped using bubble mailers to protect your order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
4. Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
5. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to our quick processing time.
