At Cedar Handmade Cards, every card is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and unique, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “disliking the design.”
1. Damaged or Defective Items Only
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include a photo of the damaged or defective item.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, even for damaged items.
- We reserve the right to verify the issue before approving a return or exchange.
2. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers pay all shipping fees for returning items.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective items.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping the original item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement. Return shipping costs are always the buyer’s responsibility.
